I know you haven't heard about it yet. It will appear on DSM-5. It's Daylight Sleeping Syndrome.
I wake up in the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep. I have to wait till the day breaks. Although I feel like sleeping something keeps preventing me to go to bed and sleep.
So I study, blog comment on blogs, listen to musics, dance and... jump.
I love to dance and I love to jump.
When I was a little girl I remember I loved jumping. I'm a little too old now but when I start jumping all that good feeling appears again.
You have to do nothing but let you body do the job. Give it a try if you also liked jumping.
Quite therapeutic but the best thing is forget about therapy and jump.
