It's beyond comprehension people's behavior. This post I wrote was copied without any reference to my blog and is full of links promoting Effexor and other drugs online sales.

I don't understand how Livejournal can support such abuses.

this happens to me all the time...almost every day...sometimes you can report them...
the blog you pointed to seems to be a spam blog...I've had success in shutting spam blogs down on livejournal...
you can't always do anything, but if it's hosted on wordpress, or blogger or livejournal you generally can...you just have to report it...
otherwise get used to it...like I said my stuff is routinely stolen...
