This is just to say I'm sorry if I'm not visiting blog friends.
I'm having some problems lately. I'll soon catch up.
Addendum:
Nothing serious. I'm just feeling sad lately and very tired physically and mentally.
It's 6 p.m. and I guess I going to sleep.
No. I'll see The Simpsons after going to bed.
(Do you believe I'm in regression? Nope.
Guess I even never grew up.

Warning ! a bit of preaching from me.
I was feeling bad myself of late, and I forced myself to get outside . And it worked for me, I came home feeling much better.
This has worked for me several times.
I think the mind , by chosing to over-ride feeling of isolation, and performing the opposite action of going into public spaces, breaks the feeling of isolation. The feeling of isolation can snowball, as in grow larger, the longer the time in isolation, the more the need for it.
You are so so so sooooo right Mark!
I should drag myself out.
The thing is that lately I feel like crying even outside.
I have already talked to my therapist.
There I go again!
Sometimes I need a little help to clear my mind. It's funny that even knowing what I should do, knowing what is causing all this I simply feel a little paralyzed.
That's what neurosis is about.
It's a pity that DSM and psychiatry has deleted neurosis from any diagnosis.
There is no pill when you use this term.
But it makes many emotional problems understandable.
It makes perfect sense to me.
Rest, pamper and take care of yourself. We are not going any where. Sending you love and hugs and Easter blessings.
XXXXX
Ana,
Hang in there girl. This too shall pass. Hope you are feeling sunny again soon.
I'm a bit worried if you are watching The Simpsons though, lol.
Cheryl,
Thank you.
I'm glad knowing you are not going to disappear.
Yes, sometimes we need to pamper ourselves.
:)
PreciousRock,
Thank you.
Don't worry about The Simpsons. I close my eyes when Bart and Lisa are watching that cartoon with the cat and the mouse.
It's too violent.
hhhhmmmm...I can relate. But, it looks like you've made up for lost time with lots of writing since this post. So, I have some reading to catch up on at your blog.
Thank you Marj!
Sometimes I have better bloging because it's a way I can focus on only one thing.
